thanks sa napakagadandang information kua @nayrpay malaking tulong ito sa kalusugan.. maraming magagandang benipisyo itong turmeric tulad ng pang laban sa sipon at plema. maganda ito lalo na sa pabago bagong panahon dito sa pilipinas.

Yea, indeed ruah..whats good is that it not hard to have turmeric.. Kumbaga mataas ang availability nya khit di organic.
Masarap ang tea at coffee nito...

Ooooh I loooove Turmeric! I live in Panama and have a friend who grows it! I love to make Coconut Golden Milk with it! Coconut milk, fresh ginger, fresh turmeric, a few dates, a squirt of honey.. blend it in a blender or smoothie blender (even better). Warm it up in a pot on the stove, strain if you prefer, and enjoy! A warm cup of healthy goodness! You can also substitute with almond milk, soy, or any milk of your choice! Yum yum!

Oh! I missed that you were from the Philippines! My dear brother-in-love is from the Philippines and I have 3 gorgeous half-filipino nieces and a nephew! We are visiting them for Christmas and I CANNOT WAIT to eat Pancit and egg roll! (Not sure if I spelled that right?!) I love your food!!! Following!

Thank for following and liking my posts.. Great to celebrate christmas here.. As said, We have the longest Christmas here in the Philippines.. Yes u spelled it right.. pancit nd egg roll.

But we have lots of delicious foods here actually.like us here in.Cebu , we hVe the best LEchon in the country , chicharon chorizo,plus puto.and.many more.(check Cebus best)

Personally, at home, we usually cook a lot. We have lots of dishes.. We love it.
U.may visit.my posts, too. I have.not posted yet our other foods cooked at home.. I posted some already...
