Stocks versus Parcels of land

On March 6, 2018, I decided to swap my below portfolio with real properties. 

My relatives migrated for life and disposed all their properties here in Philippines.  I executed a deed of sale of these stocks in this portfolio in exchange of a deed of sale of their real properties in various location in our beloved country.
