Do you hate change?

Some people hate change that's why they don't like cryptocurrencies.

While cryptocurrency is LEGAL in the Philippines, there are some Filipinos who are still "allergic" to Bitcoin. I understand if Indians, Pakistans, etc. would not be interested to join us here on Steem and/or other sites that reward CryptoCurrency because of legality issues in their countries but if Filipinos refuse to join us while they are busy posting QUALITY CONTENTS on other sites that pay CENTS via PayPal for the reason that they prefer PayPal as PAYMENT METHOD, what can you say? I better not say anything that can offend them. LOL! If their reason is IT'S MORE FUN there or any reason other than payment method then that's fine. Life is not all about money anyway.

I am not referring to bitLanders, mind you. bitLanders rewarded its members with Bitcoin before and will soon pay in Bitcoin (BTC) again and Bitcoin Cash (BCH).

I love to learn new things and challenge myself every day. I was very excited to join bitLanders three (3) years ago because Bitcoin was new to me so I wanted to learn about it! I learned a lot about Coins.ph from @sam-muffins and other fellow Filipinos there but it was @dyinkfinity who taught me where to get the Bitcoin wallet address. At first, I thought we also use e-mail address to receive Bitcoin payments just like PayPal. My very first cash out from bitLanders was rejected. I can't forget that. LOL! I didn't know that we could use e-mail address to receive Bitcoin payments only IF both sender and recipient are using the same Bitcoin wallet provider i.e. #Coinbase to Coinbase (USA) or #Xapo to Xapo (Hong Kong) , Coins.ph to Coins.ph (Philippines), etc. etc.

In 2016, bitLanders stopped paying Bitcoin (BTC). We get paid via PayPal and Payza instead. Whatever the reason is, I don't care. LOL

This year, bitLanders suspended Payza payments. Payza suspended operations in the USA and since bitLanders is a company based in the USA there is no choice but to suspend Payza payment to its members too. Some members from Pakistan became inactive because of that and some members called bitLanders a scam now. Gosh! Why is it difficult for some people to understand things like that and easy to call a legit site/company a scam?

Anyways, let's compare PayPal FEEs versus Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum or Ether (ETH) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH).

Reference above screenshots, you will find that Bitcoin (BTC) transaction fee is higher than PayPal fee when transferring 10 USD. But please note that PayPal still has CONVERSION FEES aside from the TRANSACTION FEES and those fees are not fixed. And, there is another FEE for withdrawing P6,999 and below with a P500 or US$10 minimum withdrawal. WITHDRAWAL FEEs vary depending on our bank but GCash Cash-In is ZERO FEE.

Just recently, a friend sent me P5,300. You know what? I received US$95.66 equivalent to P4,975.40 only! P300+ difference! My PayPal account is 'premier' and set to automatically convert other currencies into USD. I did it since my friend in the USA can no longer send USD to my account. PayPal made some changes in 2016. I was surprised USD from a friend was automatically converted to PHP.

Now I added PHP currency and changed my primary currency to PHP on PayPal to see if I could receive PHP funds from friends with zero fee but grrrrrrrrrrrrr still there is a fee! Is it because my account is 'Premier' not 'Personal'? I don't know. I am lazy to do a research. LOL! Maybe my friend (sender) pressed the wrong button on PayPal.

@blocktrades fees are FIXED and we still have cheaper options to cash out STEEM or SBD - ETH and BCH wallets are now available at Coins.ph. BCH has the lowest fee among the three supported cryptocurrencies to date. See below screenshots:

I wonder why many of cryptocurrency SKEPTICS are using PayPal while there was no PayPal yet when they were born and there was no DOLLAR also when Jesus Christ was born. LOL! Sorry to mention Jesus but let's go back to history. How was wealth measured before Christ?

Why do some refuse to TRY new things and LEARN about cryptocurrency when the earning potential from our posts is much bigger than most writing sites out there even crypto prices drop? Some could also spend more time on Facebook, Instagram, etc. posting photos without earning a cent. Again, I better not say anything that can offend them. Perhaps they don't need money at all. LOL!

Scammers/Hackers and all those "bad elements" are already there before cryptocurrencies existed. So, why believe from others who think cryptocurrency is a scam, a bubble blah blah blah? Any form of money or any currency, cryptocurrency or fiat can be used by anyone - good or evil.
