"Paksiw Na Bangus/Milkfish Stewed In Vinegar, Mango and Vegetables"
"INGREDIENTS:"
1 Bangus/Milkfish, Sliced
1 Mango, Sliced
3 Eggplant, Sliced
2 Onion, Sliced
1 Thumb Ginger, Sliced
Spring Onion, Sliced
2 Long chili/Tahod Ilahas
1Tsp. Whole Pepper Corn
1 1/2 Tsp. Sugar (Optional)
1 Tbsp. Salt
3/4 Cup Vinegar
1 1/2 Water
1 teaspoon oil
"PROCEDURE:"
Step 1: In a pan combine Water, Vinegar, Ginger, Onion, Salt, Pepper Corn, And Sugar.
Step 2: Stir and bring to boil for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Put the Milkfish in the pan. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Add the Mango, Eggplant, Long Chili, Spring Onion, And Cooking Oil.
Step 5: Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 6: After you can serve now your simple, healthy and delicious meal for the day called "Paksiw Na Bangus/Milkfish Stewed In Vinegar, Mango and Vegetables".
