"INGREDIENTS":
1 kg. Chicken Liver/Atay Ng Manok, pinch of Salt and Pepper
1 Onion, SLiced
3 Cloves Garlic, Sliced
2 Pieces Potato, Sliced
2 Pieces Carrot, Sliced
1 Chayote, SLiced
2 Tablespoon Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoonful Brown Sugar
4 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
300 ml. Water
"PROCEDURE":
Step 1: In Medium Heat, Put Oil In Pan Bowl and wait until Hot.
Saute Garlic and wait until Golden Brown. After add Onion and wait until Transparent.
Step 2: In Medium Heat, Add Liver and Simmer it until the liver will be a little golden brown.
Step 3: After add Potato and mix it slowly only so the liver will be not mash.
Add Carrot and mix it slowly in a bit.
After add Chayote and mix it again slowly.
Step 4: AFter add Water, Salt, Pepper, and Brown Sugar. Mix it slowly so that all the condiments you put will be evenly mix together. Simmer it until the broth smaller and a bit thick.
Step 5: ANd now you can serve your "Stewed Vegetables With Chicken Liver" to your family and friends!.
