One thing that we should be mindful about is taking care of our health. We would be selfish to our loved one's if we do not take care of ourselves. That is why we should find time for ourselves and try our best to become healthy by exercising, eating nutritious food and avoiding vices and stress. We should also feel our bodies too if we are over worked, we need to give our bodies its time to rest. If you think it's hard to become healthy we should use our family as motivation, so you would live longer to see them. It would be so difficult to live in this world with a disease or leave because of one. The best thing to do is to START NOW because nothing will happen if we don't act.

It hurts...your words moved me. I can't imagine how hard it would be if my child was left without me or I couldn't take care of her. She lives with diabetes and I'm practically at work all day. We don't spend as much time together as we would like. She gave me a card recently, and I haven't taken the time to go to the shop. I chose the easy way - a personalised gift in her honour, I ordered it from https://www.dadshop.com.au/ as I didn't have time for anything else. And really, gifts seem nice, but it's such a small thing that I think my health and attention is all she needs in the here and now.
