Video was taken last July 30 when most roads were already flood-free. Meanwhile, this is intersection still has parts which were flooded. I lifted my feet a little just in case flood would enter the tricycle when we turned the corner where the flood was deep.

Aside from that, there was also a heavy traffic which caused delay on my arrival to buy the funko. The vehicles were barely moving and my feet felt like burning from the heat of the sun. I guess all the cars had went out that day after almost a week of staying chill at their homes.

On the other hand, some parts of the highway which still has little flood had already grown algae. Yikes!

(Update: Flood at the intersection was already gone yesterday, July 31st. Wow, that was fast?)

Even though most roads were already dry, I believe there are still other barangays which are flooded. This makes me worry because I read somewhere that there will be another monsoon rains coming in a few days and would last for at least a week, again. Not to mention San Roque Dam is almost at its spilling level. If it rain doesn't stop and the dam would open some gates then we are doomed!

Guess I need to buy rain boots soon! And groceries!
