Tea has been consumed hundreds of years and is believed to contain many health benefits. Various kinds of tea has been proven its ability to prevent and treat many diseases. Tea is a natural ingredient that does not contain chemicals, so it is not harmful to consume every day. Tea is also used as a healing aid remedy by Chinese people for decades.
Stress can come at any time due to pressure from the circumstances around, whether from the work environment, family, social relations, and others. Although some experts say that stress is good for someone, to improve the senses and sharpen the mind, but excessive stress levels can be bad for mental and physical / body health.
There are ways to relieve stress that is fun and healthy. No need to bother vacation abroad or shopping branded goods, but just by consuming tea. Why tea? Warm tea is a favorite traditional recipe for calming the mind and lowering stress. In addition to good health, tea can lower levels of cortisol (stress hormone) in the body.
