Tonight I prepare a nutritious meal again.
Ginataang Gulay 🥥🍆🥗
Ingredients
✔️Oil (3 tbs)
✔️Shrimp Paste (2 tbs)
✔️Coconut Powder (disolved in a cup of water)
✔️Squash (1/4, cut into 1 inch)
✔️Eggplant (1 Big, cut into circles)
✔️String beans
✔️Lady’s finger/Gumbo
✔️Pork strips (1/2 kls)
✔️Tomatoes (3 pcs, sliced)
✔️Onion (2 pcs, sliced)
✔️Salt (to taste)
✔️Pepper
Procedure 👩🏻🍳
- Heat the pot, put the oil, when hot, put the onion and let it cook, add the tomatoes.
- Put the pork strips (it will watery itself), saute until golden brown and add the shrimp paste, let it cook, cover for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the coconut, vegetables, salt & pepper. ✌🏻Let the vegetables cook, let it boil, add water when needed.
- Mix together. Serve with hot rice. 🥗🥥🍆
