True Happiness

Happiness is not strictly reliant on material things. True happiness is to live entirely in presence while not pondering over past or worrying about future.

When we live in the moment, our mind reaches a stage of deep concentration where we simply concentrate on the task that we have to do (no matter, what the task is. It can be as small as making tea or drinking it). I love this and consider it the perfect stage of ecstasy where you live the moment instead of dwelling in sorrow.

What Makes Me Happy?

What makes me very happy is when my family is together, and everybody is getting on and doing something fun or when one of us achieves something, and we celebrate. It's wonderful when you are able to have a social gathering with family, and friends and you have those moments when you realise you're so lucky to have such nice people around you.

Change Is Required

Sadly I’ve noticed the number of times in life that were brief and not to be repeated, and at the time I believed they’d last forever.

Change is constant; nothing stays simply the same therefore be grateful for the happy times and tell everybody you love how you are feeling while you've got them and be kind to others and to yourself. However, change is not all bad, and it's necessary for our own progression, and we might learn some really exciting things along the way.

I adore the sight of children! (sounds pretty creepy once taken out of context). Recently I saw a small boy pass by my house. He was booking it full speed in a long pink wig and a dress! The sun shone on him, and I stopped what I was doing to observe him. I smile each time I think of it. It was such a sublime moment.

Try To Set And Complete Goals

The older I get, the more I realise the importance of setting goals, the worth of creating regular contributions to said goals. Most of all, I’ve understood that true happiness is found within the relationships and social interactions we have and once things go bitter this is what hurts us the most.

Very nice read. I totally agree that true happiness is found when you are living in the moment.

I always think it is helpful for each of us to define what makes a "good day". That way, we can always make sure we achieve those big rocks and everything else is gravy :D

Thank you for this relaxing post that will surely help us think in deep about the real happiness and may be find it ;)
Been here with all those amazing people make me happy :)

@arckrai my understanding of planning is also related to change as you mentioned in your post. It is when yoΓΉ have a set plan you can recognise a sudden change when it happened.

Planning bring out change when it happen.

Nice post buddy.
