Half Empty or Half Filled? (My Picture Day in Philosophy)

in philosophy •  7 years ago

One time when a reporter wanted to write a story about corruptors in the government, a journalist who happened to have a friend from the government was scolded.

Government workers rebuked the journalist because it will choose the headline "50% of the members of government are corrupt". Then, because the journalist got the reprimand, he changed the headline title with "50% of the members of government are corrupt". I laugh a little, because basically just a different title, but the content remains the same, i.e 50%.

Positive and negative sentences get different judgments, negative connotations will have a disappointing impact. But positive connotations will also get a good place on the reader side.

Here, I just want to assert about the coffee still filled in the glass, you just have to look at it, from which you will gain perception. Half filled, or half empty? ".
