People are absolutely afraid of introspection, it doesn't take much looking into ones self to see that we all have some really dark stuff in there. I know there is a very deranged, selfish, sick monster that lives inside my head. Until i was able to acknowledge it, it controlled my life. Being aware of the dark depths of your mind, may help you keep them from spilling out into the real world.
