If you continue reading these columns, you might think. "Why did I live so stupidly?"

And for a while, your eyes are wide and you can get a cool feeling as the curtains around your eyes disappear.

If you concentrate on negative things and get off, you get that feeling. And in the meantime, you realize that what you felt natural was very uncomfortable.

This state can be created instantaneously. I'll try one thing right now. Try to see the end of the four directions up / down / left / right simultaneously. Try to see the widest part at the same time. Just by doing so, you can come out for a while with you falling into something.

We habitually fall into a certain state. In particular, the more energy is flowing into the inside rather than the outward, the more likely it is that you are in a dull state without knowing yourself. Rather than processing the frontal lobe for interpretation, the computer is closer to the lag. The one I just did is the same as the forced program termination.

But what we have to do is 'continuous change'. It is old and it is change of the program which keeps coming down because it is old version. It is a kind of awakening. To do that, we must go beyond the momentary improvement of awareness. You have to tear off the misunderstanding that you've been building.

You start by recognizing what the problem is.
