Think about the world as a picture.. everything that happens can be encapsulated in a single frame. The billions of people and trillions of actions that occur every second. It is more complex than we can possibly comprehend and moving so fast that you cannot keep up. Yet everyone can breathe deeply and let thoughts slow down. We can become not only a world onto ourselves but a universe of calm. Do not be pulled unconsciously by the raging river of life, do everything with intention and your world will become far more beautiful as your life happens For You.., not To You.
