  1. Matter is fundamental; consciousness is an emergent phenomenon. Death is the end, and should be feared and avoided at all costs. Science and the consensus of experts should be trusted, because they represent the best understanding of our reality that has ever existed. Human life is a fluke, conspiracies are laughable, and all 'supernatural' phenomena have some kind of mundane explanation (even if we don't know what it is). Ancient wisdom may have been the best our ancestors could do, but now that we have science and computers, it no longer applies to our lives and is better discarded than studied and applied. Trust the government, the experts, the big corporations, the celebrities, and your neighbors who side with them. Leave the fact-checking to the fact-checkers and the thinking to the experts. Stay in your lane, do your job, pay off your debts, and don't stick your neck out. Let the state take care of you and your loved ones.

  2. Consciousness is fundamental; matter is an emergent phenomenon. Death is a transition, and can be embraced as a beautiful counterpart to birth. Science never settles, and experts disagree, and there is no real consensus, and even if there were, science would have us question it to find the truth rather than trust or believe it. Human life is not an accident, conspiracies are common, and 'supernatural' phenomena are actually natural, largely misunderstood phenomena that can be understood with a more open mind. Ancient wisdom is ancient because it's timeless and just as relevant today as ever, but it has been misunderstood and ignored to our own detriment. Trust no one but yourself. Question everything, and learn enough to decide for yourself which experts are making sense. Don't conform to anyone else's idea of what your life should be like, don't be a droning debt slave, be the unique individual you have always been deep down. Take responsibility for caring for yourself and your loved ones.
