For me the rest of the world disappears in juijitsu match. In a fight you can only be your most honest self. Do you complain, get angry, panic? Do you breath, flow, and feel life? This is my ultimate meditation.

Yea, I feel way different. It makes me feel balanced.
The days I train I get more done. I get a really focused 3 hour grind in the morning. After I come home I get another 3-4 hours of good focus.
When I don't train, I can sit at the computer for 12 hours and feel like I wasted time.
