Thanks for the post. When I was younger I used to worry a lot. Its was like I had some idea in my head that if i worry it will make it go away. Sometimes its not easy to stop worrying, because the mind (or ego) grabs us and takes control of our mind. A good tool for dealing with worry is to observe the mind and witness it as it worries. become the minds witness and you will start to see the worrisome thoughts as something silly or even ridiculous. Don't try to block out the worry. Let it happen and observe it. Only then will the worry lose its power and subside.
