To speaking or writing about dreams is something complex and simple at the same time, you can not come to anything or infer much, believe in understanding and at the same time have no idea of the truths about the subject, with various valid explanations, some discordant to each other, as well as inexplicable elements; also, is associated with premonitions, sixth sense and / or with lived experiences and memories.
Almost all higher order animals have dreams, except in some cases of a certain neural and / or psychological disorder, and those who believe that they do not dream most likely will forget their dreams. In fact, the blind can dream and reproduce images of the memory in dreams; although those who were born blind often represent what was experienced by the other senses.
If you can remember, you've probably seen some animals move or move their eyes while they sleep. Recent research has shown that animals emit similar brain waves at the time of dreaming of humans.
One study, showed that women and men dream almost equally, including issues related to sex; however, women tend to dream more about famous men, while men tend to dream more by having sex with women known or unknown, but in exciting scenarios or fantasies.
Those who have experienced somnambulism, extreme nightmares, or paralysis during sleep often describe them as events that are unfit to be experienced or felt again. In the case of sleepwalking as a sleep disorder and / or deficit of a drug emitted by the brain to paralyze the body while sleeping, actions in the real world are linked to sleep, without being aware of the fact; with extreme cases of dreaming people have made works of art, solved problems or committed crimes. With regard to nightmares, they are nothing more than unpleasant dreams that produce anguish, anxiety, fear or terror, sometimes reflecting our own taboos, phobias and stress. On extreme paralysis of the body, it usually happens as a result of feeling or fearing a malicious or demonic presence in the room where you sleep and / or sleep itself, with ceaseless brain activity, negative emotions, anxieties and fears that prevent you from fleeing or try to defend themselves.
That is, although pleasant sleep is associated with rest, several serious studies have shown that the brain shows more activity while the person sleeps, with a varying average of 3 to 8 different dreams over the course of a typical night.
As a way of self-help and self-control, I suggest looking for a method called "Lucid Dreams", there are several techniques in the literature, such as drinking warm milk or apple juice before bed; although it does not agree with a fully validated method, it would seem to be meditation before bed and mental self-control when dreaming, being the most common thing for a person to recognize that he can control his dream is to try to fly in his dreams.
Therefore, there are several ways to verify whether you are dreaming or not, or if you can control your sleep; for example, try to read something, see the time or perform a complex math operation, since most people are unable to do so. But, this is usually reported by those who have applied successful techniques of "Lucid Dreams"; in contrast, a common dream is often forgotten, being difficult to know if you have really had a controlled dream.
In conclusion, dreams are important in our lives, health and physical and mental development. We all feel identified with our dreams, acceptable or unreal. In certain cases, when we wake up we realize something important that revealed the dream or that what we dreamed did not make any sense SWEET DREAMS FRIENDS
