Thinking is overrated.

Most people don't even use their brains. Recklessness prevails. Mindless actions and decisions, without any consideration of potential consequences. Behaviour patterns that are being adopted and demonstrated just because it is the norm. People love to blindly follow without questioning anything! How on Earth do they do that?

I've always been hardheaded , interested in practical considerations and reasoning. I can't just accept what you told me just because you told me. I need reasoning and proof. I need evidence. I can't just believe anything I'm told without any credible explanation or information backing those claims being made. Maybe I'm too suspicious of a person and life would be a lot more fun if I was absolutely mindless, but still, I would pick sad over stupid any day of the week.

Suspicion doesn't make me smart. It does, however, motivate me to do research and gather information before jumping to conclusions and this process does make one a bit smarter. It is like a brain workout. Like studying maths for instance. You probably never used calculus in real life unless you are an engineer, however it still helped you develop your mental strength and capabilites and it definitely made you a better problem solver in real life's hardships.

Our brain represents 2% of our body's total mass, yet it consumes about 75% of the body's energy and nutrition resources. It is the most important part of our body and it is safe to say that our skeleton and organs where made just to sustain and protect our spine and brain. Maybe that would explain why most humans refuse to use their brains; to ensure its safety given its importance.

Thank you for your attention

There is a single strand of wire running along the fenceposts, and when it was electrified- It shocked the living piss out of every animal the touched it. After 3 months, the shepard was able to turn off the power to the fence, to save electricity. We do the same thing here in the south. When they see those yellow insulators and that strand of sire shocking a horse or cow for 30 minutes before they are freed- the herd gets the message. If one breaks out- most are still to terrified to leave, as long as they are well fed and watered and feel protected in their cages.

Thank you for your informative comment!

The human mind is an extraordinary thing that can make things you can not imagine

The pineal gland?

The pineal gland regulates the sleep process and some things are not responsible for the thinking process

It can do a lot more than that.

Like ?

It can grant you access to metaphysical attributes if treated with respect and practiced with patience.

That's what the ancient Egyptians were trying to depict.
Buddha's Statues always refer to meditation and, therefore, the pineal gland too, and their heads are pineal glands as well. Many different ancient civilizations have tried to deliver this type of knowledge.

Thank you informative and useful dear was glad to meet you

Nice to meet you, too!

I think of international borders like that, there is an invisible line no one can see that various governments demand I pretend to see or they arrest me.

@viraldrome Interesting insight.
