Very well written post! Upvoted you. I learned about a few philosophers I've not heard of before. Will have to look them up.
So many insights and concepts that we as a society champion can credit their original inspiration to psychedelics. Today society tend to demonize mind expanding substances while encouraging substances that hinder thinking. Thinking outside the box is often attributed to hallucinogens. Steve Jobs comes to mind. Look at how he changed the world after his epiphany from dropping LSD.
