Very good article! The concept that Culture is not your friend helped me a lot to cope with my daily misery in this society.

    Thank you. The topic does seem to escape public discourse and even academic circles. Our manufactured culture seems to absorb all facets of life, especially entertainment which then becomes how we define ourselves. Shame, it seems to be progressing in our techno laden society.
