Virtues are habitual states of being. They create the highest vibrational energy. Excess and deficiency of them cause lower vibrational energy and is toxic. Polarity suggests we walk in balance, centering between extreme excess and deficiency. Balance may look different from person to person because extremes vary depending on the individual. Three motivations for virtue are fear of toxicity, desire for therapy, and love of their beauty, goodness, and truth. Love of beauty, goodness, and truth is a virtue that ends all toxicity within. Polarity in our state of being vibrates therapy. I will write about eight beneficial states of being.

The Body and Soul

Eastern psychotherapy suggests a psychosomatic two part anthropology, including body and soul. The soul has three parts, the eye, word, and spirit. The soul’s eye includes visualization, concentration, contemplation, apprehension, and communication. To prepare for deification the eye of the soul must descend into the heart and maintain therapy. The word pertains to universal energetics, the creative potential for therapy or toxicity, how thoughts, intentions, and beliefs affect the world. It contains intelligence, symbolism, and archetypes. The spirit animates and nourishes the body, it has instinct and belief which bring consolation and rest to work. The spirit brings concern for virtuous work towards or away from states of being like love and humility, and has supernatural capacities like clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, and claircognizance. Astral spirits have souls but no body, they have the eye of the soul and word but no vital spirit, no concern to change virtue. Animals have bodies but no soul, they have a vital spirit and body, but no eye of the soul or word. Humans have bodies and souls, they have the eye of the soul, word, and lifegiving spirits with greater capacities than animals.

1. Portioned

We have many words to describe toxic eating habits, obesity, bulimia, anorexia, gorging to name a few. There are not very many words for healthy eating habits. Overeating is a common toxic problem that should be avoided, we must not overly satisfy the demands of our appetite. Study nutrition because malnutrition can manifest as obesity and cause health problems. Test vitamins, trace minerals, probiotics, and detoxifying.

Refusal of negative thoughts make them dissipate through time. Practice rejecting toxic thoughts teaches one to percieve a toxic thought coming, refuse, and let it pass.

2. Charity

If someone asks for money, they are needy. If they are likely idle people it is not toxic to refuse giving. People in need with better character do exist. Giving to either is incredibly beneficial for the removal of all internal toxicity. Give a cigarette or a dollar to the homeless cheerfully, therapeutic energetics multiply toward self.

3. Amorousness

Sex is magical and creative, often concentrating our focus somewhat singularly. Thoughts, intentions, and emotions determine life. They are especially important during such a supercharged event. You give power to the content of your visualization, concentration, and internal voice. Thinking of others not present misplaces creative energy that can be mutually shared between partners. Be intentional with the energetic potential. Reject thoughts of toxic sexuality. Rape, and child molestation are violence toward innocence and are evil.

4. Peace

Peace is a virtue that simultaneously and equally removes all toxicity. Anger is a lower vibrational energy that is toxic to health whenever directed at people, animals, or objects. Becoming upset when corrected usually indicates a voluntary toxic attitude, calmness indicates unawareness. Agitation is toxic, as also is over-tolerance on the excessive side. Internal stillness is an expression of peace and concentration.

5. Thankfulness

Thankfulness is a powerful virtue. When present during illness it works to eliminate all toxicities. It is very powerful during challenging times, sickness, and hardship, and while it requires much, thankfulness brings vast therapy. When hope is lost the deficiency becomes a destructive sadness. Despair needs combated with optimism. Excessive hope is toxic also and appears delusional.

6. Willpower

Physical work combats apathy. Magnanimity is to be generous with spirit and is my favorite expression of willpower. It is big-heartedness and full of diligence. Excessive ambition is fanatical. It is no longer self controlled and turns into obsessive effort. Apathy is also toxic on the deficiency side.

7. Mystique

Loving glory is toxic. Don’t be too showy. Don’t be paranoid, cowardly, or hypocritical either. During moments that necessitate excess or deficiency, toxicity is shameless. Rule the interviews! Always seek balance, don’t be an open book with strangers. In nature to befriend an animal one would feed successive small amounts, rather than the entire amount all at one time. Reveal yourself with mystique.

8. Humility

This is another virtue that cuts off all toxicity. Toxic deficiency of this virtue is conceit or idolizing self, which can toxify gift giving and lead to hatred. Self correction, self control, and internal silence all relate to this virtue. Only remain in a negative state as long as it takes to correct. Learn to control internal concentration and silence internal communication. Contemplate therapy when looking at self. Our actions often parallel the toxicities of others, distinguish between bad and evil, be level, and judge yourself before inferiorizing others.

Conclusion

Those were eight beneficial states of being. Active virtues are self reciprocating because their vibrational energy becomes positive reinforcement. Polarity in our state of being vibrates therapy. Contemplating the virtues sharpens our self-awareness of the soul’s eye.
