Virtue Adaptability

Adaptability is that the ability of someone to mix him / her self per the external things.

In the world of nowadays, no matter any operating surroundings that you simply sleep in, ability is taken into account a high quality. In interviews and different places wherever someone is judged, ability is one quality that everybody appearance out for. But, is it very a quality?

According to Maine, ability is that the weakness of someone that lets him succumb to any external surroundings that he enters. no matter the character and behavior of the person, he behaves as he's expected to. Here again, expectations vary from person to person, and a questionable flexible person tries to please everybody by molding his own personal terms and beliefs per others. on balance this contemplation, ought to ability still be thought-about a positive quality?

Rather than testing someone for strong-ness of his character, corporations and companies nowadays area unit judgement him on the weakness of it, and rather naming it 'the best quality'. companies perpetually wish those that will work on their whims and fancies, and declaring yourself as 'adaptable' you create the primary mistake of declaring your own self as a puppet of their hands. once more a similar question, is it right?

There is nothing virtuously or ethically wrong in it! the entire method lies, however, within the attitude of the person. the point of view may be a personal thought. tho' i actually am not against ability, however once the thought did strike Maine, i assumed it to be quite sensible!!
