Have you gone on a POSITIVITY BINGE or NEGATIVITY DETOX!?!?

So have you ever heard of going on a positivity BINGE or negativity DETOX?

To be honest..me neither! Day 7 of Kathrin Zenkina's manifestation challenge talks about detaching yourself from things that don't serve you and tuning into more positive things.

And surprisingly enough...this morning is when I needed this the most!!! Tom and I had a little miscommunication that threw me off a little more than I needed it to. It kept bothering me and he asked me what my challenge was about today...and I was so embarrassed because I was being a debbie downer and it was about "positivity"...go figure!

This just goes to show, the universe is always sending little lessons and signs for all of us to grow with :)

Personally, there's a lot of things that don't serve me. Like the news (which is always complaining or bashing on political figures), people on my social media feeds that I tend to create judgments about, and my own personal insecurities that keep popping up into my head.

I first made a list of things that DON'T serve me. My list included things like my insecurities, gossiping and eating unhealthy. I promised and committed to let go of these.

Then, I made a list of things that CAN serve me positively. My list included things like practicing more yoga, meditating, listening to a podcast, calling my extended family and old friends more frequently, and living in the moment with Tom.

I challenge YOU to follow these same steps:

  • Make a list of things that don't serve you
  • Make a list of things that do serve you
  • GO DO THOSE THINGS
