    Indeed one of the key principles to a happy life is to be able to "let go". The Buddhists, as well as most other religions, have a principle they live by, essentially it is "It is what it is...go with the flow." So there are vast changes in store for all of us. Trying to hold on to what was is very stressful indeed.
