What we gain when we Worry

Worrying is a procedure of reasoning and envisioning a loathsome result. The greater part of us realize that its candidly risky to go down this way, to encounter anguish in foresight of the more terrible. Is there something we could or ought to do? 

My most loved statement on this point is from an extremely well known Author - Carrie Ten Bloom 

"Worry does not empty tomorrow of sorrow - it empties today of strenght"

We are on the whole human, we are altogether defective, we as a whole stress at times. Be that as it may, on the off chance that we recall of the circumstances we stressed ourselves the most with results, some of our more awful apprehensions never happened... also, here we are, as yet hanging on with our quality
