Why Humans and Cryptos Both Die

in philosophy •  7 years ago  (edited)

Evolution has an uncanny way of being consistantly applied to everything from planets, animals to humans and now even software. The fixed laws of physics are perfectly tweaked to create ever complex life at every scale.

A single generation of anything can only evolve so much since it's already running. However, offspring can be redesigned by merging with a prefered other half and encouraging your own inflation in them early on. Human aging is therefore similar to crypto inflation, and having kids is like a crypto hard fork.

Inflation is the method for both people and crypto to adapt without dying within their single generation. Unfortunately this process of re-writing living code eventually leads to slowness and ineficencies, loss of competivness, and eventually death.

So it seems crypto hard forks and people having kids will be a normal way of life until someone is able to change those fixed laws of physics that make it all work that way.

Except crypto isn’t based on physics. Moore’s Law governs tech.

I would guess Moore's law exists because of the combination of all the other fixed laws. They all combine perfectly to promote evolution and Moore's law itself
