Attachment leads to suffering. Lord Shiva ( hindu mythological God ) was attached to Sati ( his wife ), and even he suffered immense pain. He got extremely furious when he leàrnt of her death. It was at this instance He in fury performed Rudra Tandava, the dance of destruction. Thereafter His life changed, Shiva became hermit. He Isolated himself in dark caves n started meditating. He practiced Vairagya. Similarly we need to learn that there are circumstances in our lives that require almost super-human strength to get through. To follow in the footsteps of Shiva, we must learn this art of detachment. During times of great difficulty, detachment is like a trusted friend, helping you remove yourself from the intensity of charged emotions such as fear or sorrow or rage. Learn to embrace detachment.
Embrace the change, change is the only constant. Learn to keep yourself centered through unbearable feelings. Practice mindfulness. Start cultivating acceptance in your life right now to cope with future crises in a different way and a different perspective. Don't resist it. It may bring you more happiness and more peace than you had expected. It's ok to feel sad, happy people experience all these emotions too. It’s a sign of intelligence. Only fools are totally sure about their path and every choice they make. Stay happy, regardless of what life hands you. Trust God, surrender to his will. When you let go, you create space for better things to enter your Life. Letting go gives us freedom and freedom is the only condition for happiness.
