IS IT SAFE TO CHARGE YOUR SMARTPHONE OVERNIGHT?

In the busy schedule, we tend to forget charging your device. And, when it’s your nap time in the night, we tend to left our device connected with charger whole night. Yes! we get our battery fully charged in the morning but is it safe to do so?

Batteries used in mobile devices today are still mostly the same as they have been for almost two decades, but the devices that they power have become much, much smarter. Nowadays we have less to worry about when it comes to the battery health because power optimization has been put on the shoulders of the software running these devices. Smarter phones companies come with smarter quality.
So, it is a myth that if we leave our smartphone for charging in the night, the battery will explode or swollen up. Your smartphones are smart enough to prevent your expensive device to do so.

A smartphone brand is not that dumb to provide you with a stupid backup plan when your battery gets fully charged. Therefore, they make your device capable and smart enough to know how much they need and what would happen if they let more power in.

Iv'e charged my phones overnight for that past 10+ years and they never blew up. Well I get up to use the bathroom so I unplugged them once they were charged.
