Stop these calls.......
by registering your number with the national do not call registry
It is really easy to do.
Go to their website https://www.ftc.gov and the tab "register for the Do Not Call"
Enter the phone number(s) you want to register and an email address and submit.
Then verify by going to your email and hitting the link.
It is that simple. Once you are registered, you are registered for life.
Are you're thinking, so what, will I still get calls? Yes, maybe a few, but if you do, be sure to tell the telemarketer you are on the do not call list. If it persists, file a complaint on the same website above.
Does it work? Yes, as a matter of fact, I was part of a class action lawsuit against a chronic phone solicitor and actually got a check for $147.00 ((free money!!))
