Bukhari and Muslim narrated from Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri RA, that someone came to the Prophet (s), and complained, "O Messenger of Allah, my brother is exposed to diarrhea. Rasulullah SAW then said, "Drink honey to him". The man then then took the honey to his brother. However, he then came again to the Prophet and complained for a second time, "O Messenger of Allah, I have been honey to him, but the diarrhea is getting worse". The Prophet (s) said again, "Go and drink honey unto him". The man was then again honey to his brother. He came back to complain, "O Messenger of Allah, drinking honey even further aggravate diarenya". Rasulullah SAW then said, "All righteous God and have lied the stomach of your brother. Go and drink honey on him ". The man then left, and took honey to his brother. and soon his brother recovered.
In the book of Ath-thibb minal Kitab was Sunnah, Muwafiquddin Al Baghdadi said, "Rasulullah SAW used to drink honey every day, namely honey mixed with water. He drank it in the morning when the stomach was empty ". Rasulullah SAW said, "Let you use two drugs namely honey and the Qur'an.
