You welcome... to this wonderful community..

You can upload photos by :
Click on "Setting" from your profile
Setting will display like this..

IMG_20180127_005143_622.jpg

Just copy URL/ address of your desire photo to where it's say "Profile picture URL after done copy to the profile box.... U can save the setting..

    I saw that usually like facebook or Google we get to upload the photo and this Does not have that function .
    what would be t he Best Option in this case ?
