This flower is one of my favorite flowers. I like this beautiful Brunfelsia flower very much. Brunfelsia latifolia, commonly known as yesterday-today-tomorrow and kiss me quick, is a species of flowering plant in the nightshade family. Alternately arranged leaves vary in shape or size. Basal leaves are usually shed before flowering. The leaves in the center of the stem are several centimeters long and are borne on winged petioles. The blade has serrated edges.
In the main producing countries, Leaves may have smooth edges on the upper side. Large solitary flower heads grow at the top of the stem and sometimes on the branches. Head lined with layer of phyllaries, outer layer large and leaf-like, up to 3 cm long. The inner layer may be purple in color. I took these beautiful photographs with my mobile phone.
