First go to a photo uploading site. I use Tinypic.com
Upload your desired photos, and copy the message board link. It will have [img]www.tinypic...[img] you don't need the ' [img] ' parts you only need whats inbetween. You then paste that onto your post where you would like your photo to be.

You can also just right click images from the web and copy the URL straight into your post. Minding copyright laws, of course! 😊
