Continuing my last post, I’d like to show you the view from Frauenberg. This is a hill located in The Valley of the Gaseuse mountains. A place that I visited last weekend.
Frauenberg literally means “the women’s mountain”. It’s a hill with a big church in the summit, and from there, you can behold one of the peaks of the Gaseuse mountains.
I shot these photos with a Nikon D60 in RAW format, then I edited them on Snapseed to make them look like if they were paintings. This is the first time I edit RAW, and I think I am already addicted to its flexibility.

Yeah RAW is pretty flexible. I love JPEGs though, I can't be bothered to edit much :)

Yeah, I really enjoy the edition part, it’s very satisfying when the intention is to create something that looks very different from what it actually was at the moment of shooting it.
I think you aim more to get the finished look already without edition, a skill which has more merit in my book.
