If you have it saved on your computer got to the folder it's located and drag it into the message box. Or click the green text underneath"selecting them" and search for it. Or I think you can even open it up Copy it and then paste it into your message.

      I was actually wondering how to update the profile pic... I am down with uploading the pics per se though!!
