Esta semana iniciamos un entrenamiento funcional para nadadores, es la parte de tierra, así le dicen. Adaptada a nuestras edades, nada de levantamiento de pesas, se enfoca más en desarrollar nuestra resistencia, con trotes, ligas, saltos de cuerdas, y fortalecimiento del core. La verdad es que me ha gustado mucho y es una forma de variar un poco el entrenamiento solo en la piscina.
