Foto del entrenamiento de ayer, hicimos 2000 mts combinados, con medias, para dar fortalecimiento a las piernas. Realmente pensé que sería mas fácil, pero salimos súper agotados y felices por supuesto, realmente amo este deporte y me gustan todas esas técnicas nuevas que nos hacen variaciones en la rutina y por ende evitan hacer tedioso cualquier entrenamiento.
