'Peacock' is the national bird of India. It is a big bird and its attractive colorful wings are quite tall. On the peacock's head is a beautiful trunky crown. It has a nice blue velvety color on its long neck. It is found in all areas of India.
Peacocks eat harmful insect-kites and hence it is a good friend of the farmers. Peacock is masculine and feminine is called moroni. Peacock's dance is very famous. Peacock is performed in dance group. During dance, peacock spreads its wings and performs a beautiful but slow dance dance.
