Some time ago I’ve written about the ‘best’ time to submit a blogpost so you’ll receive worldwide exposure.
I came up with the term 4 o'clocky and I thought this might be a great idea to make a blogpost every day at 4 o'clock local time with this title. Every day I’ll submit a blogpost about something that keeps me busy, a challange, a contest or something important enough to share so Lets blog on and See you every day here at 4 !

This My 4 o’clocky for today...

I have bought red/rose HYDRANGEAS for the garden. We have them for inside and outside. And they are great when your house is light. The need enough light to stay neat. The soil needs to be moist not wet that’s important. Very important cause that’s the way the stay alive for the next year. We cut away the old flowers and they come up next summer.

I buy them because when the flowers are off inside I plant them in the garden. End off June all are blossomed and we trim them. The ideal temperature is 15 - 22 degrees. Besides all off this I just love them so much. And the look so rich.

Thanks it took Some work

How beautiful! I love hydrangeas! I had one for a couple of years but it died a slow death. I think it didn't have enough sunlight where I planted it. You have inspired me to try again!

They are so Nice i love them and i found out you can change their color with soil .

I've heard that too! I don't know of any other flower that does that.

An acidic soil gives blue flowers. You can have pink flowers colored blue by adding aluminum sulphate or hydrangea blue maker to the ground. This ensures that the soil becomes more acidic to which the flowers respond and turn blue.

And indeed i think hydreagas are the only Ones this way.

We have very acidic soil in this area. I guess that's why all the hydrangeas I see are blue!

Okay, so I received a hydrangia as a gift, flowers died and we just planted it as well! I am so hoping it grows here. Climate is tropical so I planted it in an area which has shade....fingers crossed, it's one of my favorite flowers! Love this pink one you have!

This is what I heard!! Facinating. Actually the flowers I received are blue and white, and my friend told me I needed to amend the soil to keep them blue. I love all colors. Is this just a type of hydrangia food that you buy? Are yours pink? Do you amend the soil to achieve pink? (Right now I'm just hoping they survive, lol we're going into storm season... who know what will happen) Thanks so much @brittandjosie

Did you know that the color can change through soil??
