Thank you for sharing - your story is really inspiring, I've had low times, ye lots of them - when one feels lost, depressed losing desire to do anything and am still learning the hacks ! Without doubt - doing something you love and have a passion for it, spending time with nature is something that really helps ! :) Remember - Happiness is a state of mind :)
