A description in a Dutch language book by Melantjong about Mount Seulawah. The book, titled in French 'Atjeh à vol d'oiseau', was published in 1881.

"Achter het rijk geschakeerde groen, dat het land bedekt en zich eindelijk schijnt te vermengen met de nevelachtige blauwe lucht, verheft zich in de verte een der hoogste en voornaamste bergtoppen van Groot-Atjeh: deYa-Moera, of Koninginneberg, ook wel bekend onder den naam van Goudberg."
