Moonlit Grampians

in photofeed •  7 years ago

As we orbit the Sun, our Sun orbits the centre of the Galaxy. Once every 230 million years. This puts our solar system in it's early 20's. We are all still young!

Taken at the Grampians National Park, Australia.

Epic shot!

This puts our solar system in it's early 20's. We are all still young!

Yeah, it's crazy when you think about it. We are just a tiny grain of salt in the vast Sahara of space and time.

Very tiny but with great purpose 🙂

indeed! :)

Love this one mate . I have yet to get to the Grampians . Perhaps end of 2018.

It has some good views and nice walks 🙂

Great image. Love the human element it really shows scale.

Thank you very much 😃

Magnificent work @Kieranstone !

Thanks heaps! Have a great day!

Love it!

Thank you!

Fantastic photo. The "space" colours are beautiful. I love how you balanced with the rocks in the foreground.

Thank you, much appreciated!

Well done mate, i really like your work!

That is great to hear, thank you!

Is this yours original work mate?

It sure is! You can go to my website to get a full tutorial on how it was completed. Link is in the post. I would never post another photographers work, that would be theft ;)

A beautiful landscape half diurnal half night. We see more and more images using a very starry sky to highlight the landscape. Which is very aesthetic. Your image has for me a bigger dimension with this human element present on the image. The smallness of man in the face of nature gives this image a larger dimension.

Thank you very much 😃

Love this one. Next time I visit Australia the Grampians are on my list too

Excellent! Thanks!
