Last year, I visited so many beautiful churches, mainly in the Eastern United States. While visiting Baltimore, I came across a church that was not on my list and I had no idea what it was, but I had to stop and admire its facade.
I still don't quite know what the name of the church is -- it's closed up, and the cop on the corner told me it had been repeatedly vandalized and he hadn't even seen the inside of it himself.
It always makes me sad to see the beautiful churches of the world abandoned, torn apart, and decaying. But at least I got to see the exterior, which is still pretty gorgeous.
