The last bad habit I need to crack, lies in wait because of its difficulty. I remain awake into the wee hours of the night, frittering away my health. I mean, the rest is necessary for the body, and covers more than just somatic regeneration. If I don’t sleep, where do my dreams go? As we plug into every device, hours of our life and flame, do I still even daydream? My work will keep me restless if I haven’t the energy to complete them. I need sleep for many reasons. Mainly, I must admit, I’m rather tired of being so damn tired.
