Sometimes I enjoy having a little photo fun with sun.
The reddish-pink in some of my photos is called lens effect.
I also like making natural ray spikes coming out of the sun.
In several of my photos you will see how I used depth perception as well.
The moon and the sun are showing together in photo #8.
I hope you like this as much as I did shooting this series.

Sun and moon shots are always an experiment, at least for me. I'm never quite sure what the camera will see. Keep up the great work!

Yes a sumsung smartphone 8 megapixels made the spikes on the sun and it was at total surprise. I aslo use a canon 10 megapixel camera currently.
