This past Saturday my friends and I took a break from the cabin and went for a hike in Hocking Hills State Park. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed some lovely scenery. The park is just starting to show some color and will be 10x more pretty in a month or so, but it was still gorgeous in its current state. We hiked on a trail that goes between Cedar Falls (I'll post some from there later) and Old Man's Cave. We didn't hike the whole 5 miles that the trail covered because some people (not me) were wanting to back to the cabin and eat, but still covered some good ground and had a great time. Here are a few pictures from the hike:

Thomas conquering the Tree of Death (I just made that name up, but it sounds intense right?)

Calm (Hocking Hills has some really pretty green/blue water along the trail, not sure what causes it, could be chemicals for all I know, but it looks cool)

Nice editing job, matey

Thanks honey bunches!

Those are some beautiful pictures, it's great to see that this scenery is also apparently protected as it's in a state park

Walking on that tree branch - looks a little risky, haha! And those stairs are pretty cool - weathered yet solid

Thanks! Yes, it's a great state park, definitely the most visited park in Ohio.

Yeah, I walked part of the way out, but it was too scary while holding my camera with water underneath!

Looks like a fun walk. Would love to see the lava under the Tree of Death !

Oooh now that would add to the intensity a little!

Beautiful natural photography thanks for sharing.
