I have posted a few of these shots before, but I can’t resist re-sharing them for the latest @photogames challenge. The assignment this week is to share a photo of something that's part of your everyday routine. OK…I don’t do it on the weekends, but five days a week I start my day by cycling to work. I love the morning ride, and it leaves me refreshed and motivated to design by the time I get to my office. At the end of the day, I get back on the bike, and leave any stress from the workday behind. Sure there are other benefits to bike commuting…it’s healthy, it saves money, good for the environment, etc., but for me it’s really all about the pure joy of being on my bike twice a day. On rainy days when I take the car instead, I feel antsy and a little off all day, and I can’t wait to get back on my bike again soon.

Practice makes perfect! It is a unique shot @jctdesign. Yes, the weather is cooling down to a comfortable 25 degrees in the mornings which make it easier to get out of bed and pound those pavements. (:
