ABOUT THE PHOTO
San Francisco... What does a love song have to do with a city? I fell in love with a guy that moved to SF. I followed him and fell even more in love with the city. The thing with the guy didn't last. But my love for the city was real. San Francisco did everything to trick me. This art-piece on this flat was a sign to me that there was something between us.
Now, every time I hear this song, I feel that San Francisco was my almost lover. He made me fall in love with him. He showed the best side of himself. I strolled around the streets, hung out with my new friends, enjoyed the weather and the technical climate.
In the end, I had to leave because my 3 months were up. That kinda hurt...

can i do all in one? this song find me in the days i was finishing Black light body art video and i immediately thought it needs to be the song for that photos. I can't really say why but it was a perfect fit for me. The song is Stephanie Schneiderman - Oxygen

I love how Stornoway almost always refers to traveling, driving, going on, vehicles (boats, cars...). Their music is a perfect match with my love for being on the road in whatever form or shape myself. Their songs are never happy, and so is my photographic style - I love moody landscapes and darker edits more than bright and happy ones.
So these songs actually influence me, my mood, and are a great background to my editing process.
