This time I wrote a delicious Habang seasoning tuna recipe.

🐟products:
1 tuna fish, clean and cut pieces
1 tempe board, cut box
2 pieces of tofu, cut the box
1 segment of ginger
3 cm cinnamon
2 tablespoons brown sugar, comb
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
shrimp paste, just a little
enough flavoring
300ml boiled water

Fine spice:
7 pieces of dried chilli, remove the seeds washed boiled briefly until soft
6 btr red bwg
5 white bwg cloves
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder

🐟way cooking:
fried half-baked tuna, tempe and also tofu. lift, set aside. saute fine spices with ginger and cinnamon until fragrant. add brown sugar, sugar, shrimp paste and seasonings. stir until all really well blended. give water to mature. taste test. then enter tuna fish, tempe and also know. cook until the water begins to decrease, the spices soak and mature.

Selamat pagi sahabat steemians. Apa kabar kalian semua? Semua selalu dalam lindungan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.

Kali ini saya menukis sebuah resep Ikan tongkol bumbu habang yang enak.

🐟bahan:
1 ekor ikan tongkol, bersihkan lalu potong potong
1 papan tempe, potong kotak
2 buah tahu, potong kotak
1 ruas jahe
3 cm kayu manis
2 sdm gula merah, sisir
1 sdm gula pasir
terasi, sedikit saja
penyedap secukupnya
300ml air matang

🐟bumbu halus:
7 buah cabe kering, buang biji cuci bersih rebus sebentar hingga lunak
6 btr bwg merah
5 siung bwg putih
1 sdt ketumbar bubuk
1/2 sdt pala bubuk

🐟cara memasak:
goreng setengah matang ikan tongkol, tempe dan juga tahu. angkat, sisihkan. tumis bumbu halus dengan jahe dan kayu manis sampai wangi. tambahkan gula merah, gula pasir, terasi dan penyedap. aduk hingga semua benar benar tercampur rata. beri air matang. tes rasa. kemudian masukkan ikan tongkol, tempe dan juga tahu. masak terus hingga air mulai berkurang, bumbu meresap dan matang.
